Tec glue guns are a complete range of 12mm, 15mm and 43mm designed to apply our wide range of tecbond hot & low melt adhesives, easily, quickly and reliably. Most of the glue guns are UK manufactured. Electric, battery operated and gas glue guns are available.
They are low-cost capital items, highly portable and designed to be totally reliable in tough industrial environments.
Tec glue guns can apply hot melt adhesive in bead, dot and even spray patterns, depending on the model selected.
The wattage of the tool normally determines the melt rate.
Tool selection should be based on the amount of adhesive required per assembly, as well as the number of assemblies needed to be produced per hour.
In general the larger tools are more powerful and are capable of providing greater volumes of hot melt adhesive at the correct temperature for optimum bonding.
All the Tec glue guns come with a 12 month warranty and an out of warranty repair service is available on some of the applicators

Tec 305 (Hot Melt) and Tec 305LT (Low Melt) 12mm
The Tec 305 is a light industrial use or high quality craft use12mm (½”) glue gun which is lightweight and easy to use. It comes with an illuminated on/off switch, removable stand, adjustable full hand trigger and replaceable nozzle. Optional nozzles and a desk stand are available separately.
Tec 805 (Hot Melt) and Tec 805LT (Low Melt)
The Tec 805 range consists of hot and low melt versions in 12mm and 15mm glue sizes. They are low cost medium size industrial glue guns, complete with eco heater chamber design for low power consumption, and are robust & easy to use. They have a medium output, 2 minute warm-up time & illuminated on/off switch.
Optional nozzles and a desk stand are available separately.

Tec 806 (Hot Melt) 12mm
The NEW Tec 806 is a low cost medium size 12mm industrial glue gun, complete with an eco heater chamber design for low power consumption, and is robust & easy to use. It has a medium output, 3 minute warm-up time & illuminated on/off switch.
Optional nozzles and a desk stand are available separately.
Tec 810 (Hot Melt) and Tec 810LT (Low Melt) 12mm or 15mm
The Tec 810 range consists of hot and low melt versions in 12mm and 15mm glue sizes. They are continuous use medium sized industrial glue guns, and are robust & easy to use. They have a medium output, 2 minute warm-up time, fast recovery & illuminated on/off switch. The thermostat is interchangeable if needed.

Tec 820 Adjustable Temperature
The Tec 820 is available in 12mm and 15mm glue sizes.
They are heavy duty medium size glue guns, robust & easy to use with medium output, 2 minute warm-up time, fast recovery & illuminated on/off switch.
The innovative adjustable temperature thermostat allows the the temperature to be easily adjusted to suit different glue formulations and applications, however it also prevents accidental temperature changes.

Tec 3150(Hot Melt) and Tec 3150LT (Low Melt) 43mm
The Tec 3150 range consists of hot and low melt versions in 43mm glue sizes.
They are heavy duty full size glue guns, which are extremely robust & easy to use and suitable for high industrial use output. Comes with a power on light and removable integral stand with a built in nozzle spanner.

Tec 3400 Adjustable Temperature 43mm
The Tec 3400 is a full industrial heavy duty, high output, electronically controlled glue gun which takes 43mm diameter glue slugs. It is extremely robust & easy to use and suitable for high industrial use output. A powerful tool featuring patented ECOTEC® technology for exceptional temperature precision with eco-friendly phased standby operation. It comes with interchangeable plug in module thermostats allowing the glue gun to be set to different temperatures from 130°C to 215°C, an automatic stand-by system which protects the gun from damage and saves energy which deactivates as soon as the trigger is pulled, a power on light and a removable integral stand with a built in nozzle spanner.
