TECBOND 260/15 is a very high performance, high output, long open time, tough flexible adhesive, suitable for ceramic, plastics and wood.
TECBOND 260 is a pale amber colour, very versatile product that will provide tough durable bonds on a wide range of substrates with a service temperature of -15°C  to 75°C.
TECBOND 260 is a very soft and flexible adhesive that runs best in the better quality TEC 15mm tools, running at 195°C (not supplied).  The ideal glue gun is the TEC 820 however the TEC805/15 is also suitable which we are able to supply if needed. If feeding problems occur in  the TEC 805 and/or in warm climates or conditions then keeping the sticks in the fridge before use can help.
The adhesive is packed in 5kg boxes.  Each 5kg box contains approximately 105 sticks:  300 mm long, 15mm diameter.
Low & hot melt glues are thermoplastic, polymer based materials in solid form which contain no solvents, VOC’s or water and are non-hazardous, FDA approved and leave no risk of mould or odours in finished product. In use, they are heated, usually to between 130°C & 195°C and applied through a hot melt glue applicator or glue gun molten to one surface of the parts to be glued, when the surfaces are pressed together the hot melt quickly cools to form an almost instant bond. Generally, testing of a bond should not be made until at least 24 hours after the application.
